Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

ORDERING

How do I order?

  1. Browse the site to find the product you are after
  2. Select your options and click "add to cart"
  3. Your cart will be at the top of the screen click to continue
  4. Enter the recipients address and select delivery/pickup
  5. Enter the delivery date and a message for the recipient
  6. Next step is to give us your details
  7. Fill in the credit card details.
  8. A confirmation page will be displayed and you will also receive a confirmation email.

CAN I order something that is not on the website?

We love special requests. Give us a call on (02) 6248 6506 or email us at florist@orchidandvineflorist.com and we will work hard to accommodate your request. 

DELIVERY

WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST? 

We charge $15 flat rate for delivery.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO? 

Orchid & Vine delivers flowers and gifts within Canberra and Queanbeyan only. If you would like to organise interstate or international delivery please contact us directly. Please note, we do not deliver on Mondays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

HOW LONG TILL MY ORDER IS RECEIVED?

We offer same day delivery for flower orders received before 1pm Tuesday - Friday & 10am on Saturdays (AEST). For plants and giftware we need a little more time to arrange your special gift. For these, please place your order before 1pm for next business day delivery. 

Business Addresses - By 5pm

Residential Addresses - By 7pm 

Orders received after our 1pm delivery cut off will be delivered the following business day.

What happens if no-one is home?

Our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe spot for the recipient. Only if the courier thinks it would be unsafe to leave the flowers, will your flowers be returned to us. The order can then be picked up in store or if the order requires another delivery attempt a redelivery fee may apply.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I care for my flowers?

For bouquets - make sure you recut the stems when you receive them and place into clean water. Change the water frequently for the best vase life.

For arrangements - your arrangement will arrive with a water source, just make sure to top up the arrangement with water every few days.

How do I care for my terrarium?

Most terrariums only need a light water when the soil is completely dry.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept all major Australian Credit Cards and can process payments online or over the phone. All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

ARE MY DETAILS SECURE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE?

Payments are processed through Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

DO YOU DO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

We are committed to providing the best quality flowers and unique designs. Your happiness is our top priority and so we back every order with our happiness guarantee so you can shop with confidence. If you're ever less than thrilled with your purchase, please contact us on (02) 6248 6506 or via the Contact Us page within 24 hours of delivery to discuss a favourable resolution to your concerns.

CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order please give us a call on (02) 6248 6506. A refund will be given provided we have received 24 hours notice of your cancellation. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit with the courier, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
